I would like to suggest offering paid chatting to your fans?
 
Especially for discussing being a video slave I think that would be an improvement for both sides.
(I would rather pay say $50 for a short productive chat to see if I can participate in a shoot than send my application "into a black hole" and wait if I might ever receive a response. And for you it would be better simply because you get paid for chatting with all us guys who fantasy about being in your videos.)
 
For example, at https://www.finmessage.com/ you can charge a price per message.
(So short questions are cheap and long discussions expensive. And you can adjust the rate depending on how much time you have for chatting.)
